Position: Interventional Radiology Tech
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lafayette, IN
Job Description:
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, embolization, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, carotid angiography, thrombectomy, and vascular interventions.
- Prepare patients and procedure rooms, scrub and maintain sterile field, assist with venous access, and support physicians during procedures.
- Operate IR imaging equipment including GE Innova IGS, Siemens, ultrasound, and PACS systems.
- Handle on-call coverage including 1–2 weekday calls per week and every 3rd/4th weekend as scheduled.
- Provide care across various patient populations while ensuring accurate imaging and procedural support.
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) and BLS required.
- Indiana Radiology Technologist state license required (pending accepted if already applied).
- Experience with sterile technique, scrub procedures, and interventional radiology required.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Cerner experience preferred.
