Position: Radiation Therapist
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: York, PA
Job Description:
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments for adult patients using external beam therapy and IMRT techniques.
- Operate treatment planning systems including Pinnacle (Philips) and Eclipse (Varian), and perform CBCT/kV/mV imaging for treatment accuracy.
- Assist with treatment preparation including custom molds, shielding, tumor localization, and positioning.
- Maintain radiation safety standards, patient positioning, and proper documentation in Epic.
- Work with an average daily census of 65–70 patients in an acute care oncology setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience required.
- ARRT (T), BLS, and Associate degree from accredited Radiation Therapy program required.
- TrueBeam experience required.
- Epic experience required.
- Experience in teaching/community hospital preferred.
