Description

Position: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Facility: Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center: Acute Care

Location: 289 County Rd, Windsor, VT 05089

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Schedule: (3x12) night shift (07: 00 pm – 7:30 am)

Weekly Hours: 36 hours

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of current Registered Respiratory Therapy experience required
Active NBRC certification required
Must be able to independently manage:
- Ventilators
- Various PAP modalities
- High-flow oxygen therapy
- Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)
Must be willing to learn additional skills, including:
- Home Sleep Testing
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Minimum 6 months of prior travel experience highly preferred
Cerner EMR experience required
Traveler must have a personal vehicle for this assignment
Permanent home address must be included in the profile

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)
Active Vermont State License Required
NBRC Certification
