• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with State Board of Nursing standards
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
• Continuously monitors and evaluates patient health status through ongoing assessments

📋 Patient Care Duties
✔ Administers treatments and therapies
✔ Provides direct patient care and support
✔ Executes delegated medical functions safely and effectively
✔ Reviews and monitors treatment plans and patient responses
✔ Refers patients for additional evaluation or treatment when needed

🩺 Education & Communication
• Provides patient and family education
• Offers health counseling and wellness support
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

📝 Documentation & Compliance
• Maintains accurate documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards
• Utilizes hospital resources appropriately and efficiently
• Follows organizational mission, vision, values, and service standards

🔄 Flexibility Requirements
• May float to other departments within scope of competency based on facility needs
• May be placed on-call during regularly scheduled shifts depending on census and staffing needs
