🌟 Hiring: Nurse Manager – Women’s Services / Labor & Delivery (OB) 🌟
📍 Location: Dubuque, IA
🗓 Assignment Length: 16 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 8 Hour Days
⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week

 

💰 Pay Package (40 hrs):
• W2 (Taxable): $69/hr
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,246/week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $4,006/week

 

✅ Requirements:
• 24–36 months of experience in Maternity Services, L&D, Mother Baby, Postpartum, NICU, or Nursery required
• Minimum 15 months of Nurse Manager / Interim Leadership experience in OB or Women’s Services required
• EPIC experience required
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment within the last 15 months
• BSN required | MSN preferred
• Experience with glucose, magnesium & pitocin highly preferred

 

🏥 Unit Details:
• Level II Maternal & Neonatal Center
• 16 Maternity Beds | 12 Nursery Beds | 4 NICU Beds
• Oversee 47 FTEs including RNs & Techs
• Responsible for scheduling, staffing, unit operations & patient care support
