Title: CVOR Tech
Location: Lubbock, TX 79410
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:45 - 15:00)

 


Requirements:

    2 year(s)

    Note: 2 years must be in Cardiovascular surgery

  • Patient Ratio Experience:

    1:4

  • Charting System:

    Preferred, Epic

  • Teaching Hospital Experience:

    Preferred

  • Trauma Level I Experience:

    Preferred

  • Trauma Level II Experience:

    Required

  • Travel Experience Required:

    Yes
    Note: Can have any # of years of experience, but must have 2 years of consecutive experience in Cardiovascular surgery

  • Certfications:Certs marked with * are preferred

    BLS, CST, NBSTSA, NCCT

 

Description:

TRAVEL EXP - Cardio Thoracic & Vasc exp NBSTSA CVOR Tech

Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? Yes nights, weekends, holidays
Are weekends required? No
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:3
Special requirements: Must have Cardio Thoracic & Vascular exp; must have 2 years of consecutive experience in Cardiovascular surgery
Are 48 hours approved: No

Department Uniform/Dress:
a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
