Travel license in Kansas

Description

Required to help with late joints, not every night, rotating
KSBHA Required, NBCOT preferred, BLS AHA ONLY - must have within first 90 days if not in hand
No call, no weekends. No First time travelers
Expected patient load: 7 – 8 patients per 8 hour shift is 100%
Patients expected: gen med, neuro, ortho, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, surgical, ICU, joint replacement. ED pts less common
You may be paired up with a PT and probably will for a bit once there is a quick orientation to help with workflow.
Must have experience with and feel comfortable in acute care hospital setting
Transferring patients with lines and drains, very acutely ill diagnoses, etc
