Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our outpatient oncology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ARIA and TrueBeam systems, delivering safe and effective external beam therapy to adult patients.

Certifications

• ARRT (T) Certification – Required
• Flu Vaccine – Required (Medical/Religious exemptions only)

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Experience: 2 years as a Radiation Therapist

Work Setting Skills (Required):

• Adult Outpatient Care

Treatment Skills (Required):

• External Beam Therapy

Record & Verify Systems (Required):

• Varis-Vision / ARIA

Treatment Units (Required):

• ARIA

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments using TrueBeam technology.
• Operate and maintain ARIA systems for treatment planning and verification.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and treatment accuracy.
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients undergoing therapy.
• Maintain compliance with institutional protocols and regulatory standards.
• Technical proficiency with ARIA & TrueBeam systems.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
