Description
Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by 12%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate) - Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation Facility will accept local travelers with a 12% reduction in rate. **Client can call off up to 24 hours per 13 week contract and there are 8 hours of non-billable orientation.** Name of Position Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in ER setting. Current Indiana or compact RN license. BLS (AHA only) required ACLS (AHA only) required Does candidate require time off during assignment? If yes, please list in comments PALS required Is this candidate a 1099? ENPC required TNCC required 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Emergency Department Triage, prioritization, ACLS, PALS, emergent life saving intervention. Care of patients of all ages 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Cerner, computers, cardiac monitors, basic life saving equipment, med select 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 1-2 years 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ASN, BSN, ACLS thru AHA, PALS 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 3 x 12 hours shift per week, every other weekend and holiday coverage 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) No 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 15 beds 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 4 patients to 1 nurse 9. Dress Code: Caribbean Blue 10.
