Job Notes :

MUST have 1-2 recent years of experience in LTC/Rehab settings in order to qualify for this position that is within the last 2 years going back from today's date. 

Location Group Notes : No public transportation available in Cooperstown such as Uber, Lyft or bus line.

Traveler will need to have reliable transportation to work at this facility.

There is a Dollar General located in Cooperstown.

Jamestown, ND is one (1) hour away and has Walmart and fast food options.

Fargo is 1.5 hours away.

Location Notes : 40-bed LTC, divided into three wings.

Brand new facility built in 2023 with all private rooms with the exception of two (2) rooms that are doubles.

Average census of 38-40 residents at one time.

Department Notes : Charting: MatrixCare; Medication carts utilizing bubble packs for medication distribution.

Specialty Profile Notes : Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care setting.

Requirements:  Registered as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Dakota, or Compact and active BLS issued through American Heart Association.

Shift: 12-hour shifts preferred, scheduled every other weekend.

The schedule is posted four (4) weeks at a time.

Block scheduling accommodated.

Orientation:  Arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled shift for a tour and will job shadow for one shift prior to traveler being on their own.

Staffing agency needs to provide the traveler with a name badge.
