Join the team at Genesis Healthcare – Mountain View Center for an exciting Travel LPN opportunity in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.

Position Details

Job Title: Travel LPN / LVN
Specialty: LPN
Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Schedule: 5x8 Evening Shifts
Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Contract Type: Travel Assignment

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily nursing care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements

Active LPN/LVN license
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Local rate applies within 50-mile radius
Orientation hours are billable
COVID-19 vaccination exemptions may be accepted based on facility guidelines
Candidates may be submitted to multiple Genesis/Promedica locations simultaneously
