Pediatric Dietitian – Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Baltimore MD
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dietitian to join a clinical care team. The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric experience, with preference given to candidates with ICU and nutrition support backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian
- At least 1 year in a specialty area required
- Pediatric experience required
- ICU and Nutrition Support experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

- Food science, biochemistry, physiology, and human metabolism
- Influence of nutrition on disease states and clinical conditions
- Behavioral, social, and management sciences as applied to nutrition
- Basic clinical research tools
- Completion of Essential Job Functions/Performance Standards to maintain Specialist I level
- Eligibility for advancement to Specialist II level based on departmental criteria

- Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions, develop nutrition plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Ability to collect and synthesize data from multiple sources
