Facility Setting? Freestanding 40 –bed IRF

Number of beds in your facility? 40
Preferred experience level? Acute rehab experience preferred; but strong applicants considered

What is the work schedule for this position? 8:00am- 4:30 pm standard hours ; if renewing ; 1 Saturday coverage monthly if able as part of contract
EMR for your facility: EPIC
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Blue

Must have: OT education, OT lic/cert, active BLS
