<h2>RN – Home Health</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Glen Carbon IL<br /><br /><strong>Contract:</strong> 13 Weeks<br /><strong>Shift:</strong> Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active RN License</li><li>BLS required</li><li>Minimum 1 year Home Health experience</li><li>1–2 years MS or acute care experience required</li><li>Orthopedic experience required</li><li>OASIS documentation and phlebotomy experience preferred</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide in-home nursing care, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical assessments</li><li>Manage wound vacs, central lines, ports, trach care, and tube feedings</li><li>Complete admission assessments, patient education, and discharge planning</li><li>Travel between patient homes and maintain accurate EPIC documentation</li></ul>
