General Information

Tell us about the unit(s):

·         Number of Beds – 500+

·         Number of Staff –  30

o    Day Shift – 6 therapist – including charge person

o    Night Shift – 5 therapist – including charge person

·         Type of equipment – EPOC Blood Gases, PB 840, Newport, ReVel, LTV, V60

·         EMR - Meditech

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·         Basic floor therapies – Neb. Treatment, CPT, Nocturnal Pulse Oxi, Obtain ABG’s

·         Bipap Management

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·          Vent and Bipap Management

·          ICU experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·           HHN, CPT, Bipap and Vent management, Extubation,

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

·         BLS

Floating Areas:

·         CICU, SICU, MICU, step down units

Dress Code:

·         Scrub Color/Attire -  Royal Blue

Weekends and On call(if any)

·         3, 12 hr shift. 7p – 7a  rotating weekend
