Description
- Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience required. At least 1 travel contract completed.
- Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the last 12 months
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
- REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate
- PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: 6/2 orientation
- Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
- Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
- Scrub Colors: Any
- Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
