ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (L&amp;D) What You'll Bring to the Role:<ul><li>Valid RN licensure with current credentials, including a valid OR license if applicable (pending license acceptance is acceptable)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of relevant L&amp;D experience, with specific experience in epic charting systems required</li><li>Strong knowledge of AWHONN staffing standards, patient safety, and perioperative procedures</li><li>Excellent clinical skills in labor support, neonatal care, and emergency response</li><li>Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:30 AM - 7:00 PM), including every other weekend and three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)</li><li>Flexibility to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed</li></ul>Nice to Have Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience working in Providence facilities or similar healthcare settings</li><li>Bilingual abilities or additional language skills for diverse patient populations</li><li>Knowledge of Epic charting system and relevant certifications (e.g., NRP, AWHONN certification)</li></ul>Required:<ul><li>Active RN license with at least one year of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting</li><li>Strong understanding of hospital policies related to float assignments and compliance standards.</li></ul>
