Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
 

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs in a fast-paced hospital environment. This position requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality patient care.
 

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for Med Surg patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, infection control policies, and nursing best practices
