Description

RN – Med Surg | 13 Weeks | Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting.
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/treatments.
Manage patient care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate charting and documentation using Meditech.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care.
Float to other units as required based on staffing needs.

Required Skills

Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Strong patient assessment and medication administration skills
Basic med-surg clinical knowledge
Team collaboration and adaptability
Meditech charting experience preferred
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience
