RN – Emergency Department (ER)
Location: Newport News VA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI & NIHSS required
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- Triage and dysrhythmia interpretation experience required
- Fast-paced ED experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume ER setting
- Perform triage, patient assessments, medication administration, and emergency interventions
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to critical patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate patient documentation
