Description
Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Travel Physical Therapist– Home Health
Location: Searcy, AR
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Guarantee: 32-40 Hours
Productivity Expectation - 24 to 30 points weekly
Coverage Area:50-mile radius surrounding Searcy
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes Between Patient Visits
Pay - $48 to $56/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments for home health patients.
- Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment interventions in accordance with physician orders and patient care plans.
- Assess patient mobility, strength, balance, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve patient independence and quality of life.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety precautions, and home exercise programs.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Maintain documentation sync times within 24 hours or less per company policy.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining productivity expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
- Current CPR certification
- Previous home health experience
- Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
