Description

Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Unit Details:
• Patient Types: Post TNK, Ortho, Crani-neurosurgery, laminectomies, polytrauma
• may float across other med surg units
• Ratios: 1:5-6
• Bed Size: 25
• Drips/Titrations: Heparin gtts, PCAs, 3% sodium
• Equipment: Lift equipment, telemetry, chest tubes, airvo
Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
