Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and therapy plans
  • Develop individualized treatment programs to improve patient function and mobility
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong outpatient rehabilitation background
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary therapy environments
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Adaptable and team-oriented clinician with strong clinical judgment

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 15–18 months of recent experience within specialty
  • Active applicable therapy license/certification
  • AHA BLS Certification required
  • Lymphedema Certification preferred
Specialty Programs Include: Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) Wound Care Lymphedema Therapy Vestibular Therapy Aquatic Therapy Sports Rehabilitation Parkinson’s Programs Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) FEES Studies
