Description
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and therapy plans
- Develop individualized treatment programs to improve patient function and mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Ideal Candidate
- Strong outpatient rehabilitation background
- Experience working in multidisciplinary therapy environments
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Adaptable and team-oriented clinician with strong clinical judgment
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15–18 months of recent experience within specialty
- Active applicable therapy license/certification
- AHA BLS Certification required
- Lymphedema Certification preferred
