Description
Title: Project Nurse / Occupational Health RN
Experience Required:
• 2–5 years of RN experience
• Occupational Health, ER, ICU, Urgent Care, or Construction Site Nursing experience preferred
• Experience with workplace injuries, first aid, emergency response, drug screening, and workers compensation preferred
Requirements:
• BSN required
• Active Indiana RN License
• BLS Certification
• Drug & Alcohol Testing Certification
• Construction site experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to project employees
• Handle occupational health and injury management
• Conduct drug and alcohol screenings
• Maintain medical records and incident reports
• Manage medical equipment and inventory
• Support CPR/First Aid training and return-to-work programs
