- Shift: Days – 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

🩺 Role Overview
As a Behavioral Health RN, you will provide compassionate and structured care to patients with mental health needs:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor treatment responses
- Support patients through behavioral and emotional challenges
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
🔧 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Behavioral Health or clinical specialty experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
🎓 Education & Licensure
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Active RN License (NC or Compact State)
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

- License must be in hand at time of submission
- Local Radius Rule: 50 miles – No local candidates accepted
- Submission MUST include a current Driver’s License to verify address for local rule

- Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable)
