Physical Therapist – Outpatient – 13 weeks – Franklin, NC
 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluated and treated patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting with a mixed patient population.
• Developed individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Performed 60-minute initial evaluations and 40-minute follow-up therapy sessions.
• Documented patient progress, treatment goals, and care plans using Net Health / Redoc EMR.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Educated patients and families on exercises, home programs, and recovery plans.
• Maintained productivity standards while delivering one-on-one care with no double booking or overlapping patients.

Required skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Experience with mixed orthopedic/general patient population
• Net Health/Redoc EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
