·       Number of Beds - 11

·       Number of Staff – 28

·       Type of staff:

o   Day Shift – 1 charge 7a-7p, 1 AM RN 7a-7p, 1 RN 10a-10p, 1 PCT

o   Night Shift – 1 charge 7p-7a, 1 PM RN 7p-7a, 1 RN 1p-1a, 1 PCT

·       Patient Ratios –  1 : 2-3

·       Type of equipment – Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, GE EKG machine, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, Verathon bladder scanner

·       EMR – Meditech Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for: 

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

·       3+ years recent ED experience

Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

·        Previous experience as charge role (not necessarily to charge here, but to know they can multi-task and think independently)

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

·         STEMI protocol, Stroke protocol, Conscious Sedation, Chest Tubes, Codes, Intubation, Laceration repair, Antivenom infustion, RNs do ortho splinting

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
