Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 2 years required
- Home Health Experience: Required
- OASIS Training: Preferred
- Valid Driver's License: Required (must have reliable vehicle for home visits)
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- State Licensed Physical Therapist
- FL license or compact license required at time of submittal
