Shift: 8 hours, days

Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility Exp 5/19 • Contract Length: 13 weeks • Start Date: 6/15 • Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 • Shift Requirements: 7:30/8-5 Mon-Thurs, Friday 7:30/8 until 40 hours shorter day. • On Call/Call-Back: 1 Weekend per month. Call back minimum is 2 hours • Weekend: only for On- call • Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Licensure required for the State of Michigan. MI State PT Licensure. NPI number • Required Education: Degree in Physical Therapy. • Minimum Experience: Will accept new grads. • Charting/Equipment: Epic EMR. • Unit Specific Skillset: Patient population: OP and IP mix, across lifespan peds through geriatric. Ortho (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc), OP Neuro, etc. • Unit Overview: Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. • Scrub Colors: NA. Causal professional attire. GSA not applicable on orientation weeks Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours During flu season, any traveller who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times.
