🏥 Practice Setting:

Outpatient Family Medicine
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
18 Patients Per Day minimum
Mix of Pediatrics & Adult patients
Epic EMR

✅ Requirements:

Active California License
Active DEA prior to start
BLS & PALS Certifications required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient/panel management setting
Experience with Chronic Pain Management required
Ability to complete chart closure within 72 hours
