Location: Chicago IL
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days /Night | 3x12
Requirements
- Active IL LPN/LVN License & BLS required
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care or ambulatory experience
- Cerner charting experience required
- Corrections experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Med Surg nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting
- Administer medications, wound care, glucose monitoring, and respiratory treatments
- Monitor vitals, cardiac status, Foley care, and patient safety precautions
- Float between units/facilities as needed and maintain accurate documentation
