RN – Nurse Supervisor (ED)
Location: Brooklyn NY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday | 1 Weekend Shift per Month
Requirements
- Active NY RN License & BLS required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 7 years nursing experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience
- Minimum 2 years ED experience required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise Emergency Department nursing operations and staff performance
- Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and workflow efficiency
- Monitor patient care quality, medication error reporting, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with nurse managers and leadership to support departmental goals and compliance
