Description

RN – Nurse Supervisor (ED)

Location: Brooklyn NY

Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday | 1 Weekend Shift per Month

Requirements

Active NY RN License & BLS required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
Minimum 7 years nursing experience
Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience
Minimum 2 years ED experience required
Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise Emergency Department nursing operations and staff performance
Develop and implement programs to improve patient care and workflow efficiency
Monitor patient care quality, medication error reporting, and corrective actions
Collaborate with nurse managers and leadership to support departmental goals and compliance
