👶 About the Role
We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses (Level III or higher) to join a high-acuity neonatal team in beautiful Grand Junction, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.

🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret patient data and vital signs
- Administer therapies and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support families
- Ensure accurate documentation per hospital standards
- Float or take on-call shifts as needed
✅ Required Qualifications
- Active RN License (Compact or Colorado)
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- NRP – Required
- ASN required (BSN preferred)
- Minimum Level III NICU experience
💡 Must-Have Clinical Skills
Candidates should be proficient in:
- Bubble CPAP
- NIPPV
- Draeger ventilators
- HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)
- Nitric Oxide therapy
🗓️ Schedule Details
- 36 hours/week
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Days or Nights available
- Weekend Requirement: 7 weekends in 8 weeks (Fri & Sat nights for night shift roles)
- On-Call: 2 shifts in 8 weeks
