Clinic Pediatric setting

M-F Days

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association required
Kentucky state licensure required
NBCOT certification is required
BLS (from American Heart Association) required

EXPERIENCE: Two years previous experience preferred; skill competency level

Very effective communication skills highly desirable

No guaranteed hours if closed on holidays or for extreme weather or other natural disaster. No holiday pay. No shift or weekend differentials

Guaranteed 36 hours but could have a need for 40 hours
