The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to telemetry/PCU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring continuous cardiac monitoring and clinical excellence.<br /> </p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to telemetry/PCU patients</li><li>Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition</li><li>Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation</li><li>Float to similar units as required by facility needs</li><li>Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital compliance standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or compact eligible)</li><li>Minimum 2+ years recent PCU/Telemetry experience</li><li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)</li><li>Current certifications required:<ul><li>BLS</li><li>ACLS</li><li>NIH Stroke Scale Certification</li></ul></li><li>Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills</li></ul>
