Schedule & Shift Details

Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (1900–0700)
Weekly Schedule: 36 hours total

Facility & Department Profile

Patient Population: Adult Care and NICU (No pediatrics)
EMR & Equipment:
- Epic EMR
- Servo ventilators (I, U, Airs), Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, bubble CPAP

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience (First-time travelers accepted)
Licensure: North Carolina (NC) Respiratory Care License
Certifications: RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Skills: Critical Care, CVICU, NICU, Emergency Department, Progressive Care, and All Floor Therapies

Floating & Orientation Policy

Floating Requirement: Mandatory floating across Region 2 and Central Division facilities. Do not accept if you are not willing to float to:
- Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, any Freestanding ED within the region
- Central Division (CMC Main, CMC Mercy, Levine Children’s Hospital)
Mid-Shift Floating: Travel time between facilities is paid (remain on the clock).
Orientation: 2 days of departmental New Employee Orientation (NEO).
