• Adults to Geriatrics

Required Certifications

• BLS required
• ACLS required
• Flu Vaccine: Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Required Skills & Experience

• Endovascular experience required
• Vascular service line experience required
• EVAR experience required
• Preferred experience with:
  • CSI
  • Penumbra

Unit Details

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1

Unit Systems

• Epic preferred
• Pyxis

Scrub Information

• OR scrubs provided by the facility

RTO & Scheduling Requirements

• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• RTO Blackout Dates:
  • Spring Break: April 4th – April 12th

Weekend Requirements

• Every other weekend unless otherwise specified

Floating Requirements

• May float to Main OR in rare instances

Call Requirements

• Overnight call after shift approximately 2 times per week
• Regular day call approximately 1 time per month
• Total call expectation:
  • Approximately 13–15 call days per month
  • Approximately 2 weekend call shifts

Holiday Requirements

If major holidays fall during the assignment:

• One holiday: traveler expected to work it
• Two holidays: traveler expected to work both
• Three holidays: traveler expected to work two
