Job Title: Nurse Manager – Labor & Delivery
Location: Emerson Hospital – Concord, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5x8s with variable weekend call coverage
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Emerson Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager for the Labor & Delivery department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing 24-hour operations of the Labor & Delivery and Perinatal Education units while ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and staff support.
Payrates:
weekly gross:$4,332
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts RN License required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NRP certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Inpatient OB certification preferred
