IRS mileage will be provided
Mainly weekdays but if agreeable may use for after hours and/or weekends
Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
Must have recent Hospice exp
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
