Description

 

Requirements (HARD STOPS)

Active California RN License

2 Years of experience as a ER recent within last 5 years 
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Cerner EMR experience – REQUIRED

 

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Nights – 3×12‑hour shifts
  • Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients presenting with emergent and critical conditions
  • Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritization of patient care
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency interventions
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to codes and trauma situations
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Cerner EMR
  • Maintain compliance with emergency department protocols and patient safety standards
