Description

Requirements (HARD STOPS)

Active California RN License

2 Years of experience as a ER recent within last 5 years
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Cerner EMR experience – REQUIRED

Assignment Details

Schedule: Nights – 3×12‑hour shifts
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients presenting with emergent and critical conditions
Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritization of patient care
Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency interventions
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to codes and trauma situations
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Cerner EMR
Maintain compliance with emergency department protocols and patient safety standards
