🚨 Locum CRNA Opportunity – Penn State Health | Pennsylvania 🚨
📍 Facility: Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center
💰 Competitive Pay Rate: $230–$260/hour + travel & lodging
🩺 Specialty: CRNA – Anesthesiology
📅 Start Date: ASAP
📆 Assignment Length: Through 12/31/2026
🏥 Setting: Large Academic Level-1 Trauma Center
💻 EMR: Cerner
⏰ Schedule:
- Full-time coverage only
- Monday–Friday
- (4) 10-hour shifts weekly
- 6:30a–5p (Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri)
- 7a–5:30p on Thursdays
- No call, weekends, or guaranteed hours
✅ Required:
- Active Pennsylvania license (IMLC not accepted)
- ACLS, BLS & PALS
- Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- References required upfront

❌ No Hearts, OB, or Blocks
🛠 Skills Required:
- General, spinal, epidural & regional anesthesia
- MAC anesthesia
- Airway management
- Ventilation management
- Arterial & central line placement
- Acute volume/BP management
👥 Practice Model:
- Medical direction model
- CRNA/Anesthesiologist ratio: 2:1 or 3:1
- Large collaborative academic anesthesia team
✈️ Travel & Lodging:
- Travel and lodging available
- Overtime must be pre-approved
- Lunch unpaid; providers clock in/out accordingly
