Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis management
• Current RN licensure (RN - Associate Degree in Nursing)
• Active ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with moderate sedation procedures
• Familiarity with Trauma, Stroke, or STEMI protocols
• Additional certifications or training in emergency or trauma care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of emergency nursing experience in a trauma or high-acuity setting
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-diagnosis cases such as ESRD, COPD, psychiatric conditions, and substance abuse disorders

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start within 10 business days of offer acceptance
• Flexible schedule with 36 hours guaranteed per week, including at least two weekends
