Description

Registered Nurse- PCU

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMCU, PCU, or stepdown units
Proven proficiency in managing patients with complex, acute conditions including sepsis, respiratory failure, and heparin drips
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
Ability to quickly assess and respond to patient needs, demonstrating strong critical thinking and clinical skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with TDM2 patients or chronic kidney disease management
Prior exposure to substance abuse and encephalopathy cases
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-pressure environments

Required Education & Experience:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 2 years of specialized ICU/PCU/Stepdown experience, ideally in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

Must be available to start ASAP
Ability to handle fast-paced scenarios involving heparin drips and complex patient conditions.
