Description
Must have a minimum of 24 months Cardiac Cath Lab experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request.
Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

7:00AM - 4:30PM/36 hours schedule/27 hours guaranteed/allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
