Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Paramedic for a travel assignment in Winslow, AZ. The Paramedic will provide emergency medical care and ambulance transport services in a fast-paced pre-hospital environment. Candidates must have strong ambulance experience and the ability to manage emergency situations independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.
• Perform patient assessments and provide advanced life support interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor, stabilize, and transport patients safely.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and receiving facilities to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ambulance Paramedic experience required.
• IFT (Interfacility Transport) experience preferred.
• Active Arizona Paramedic Certification required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Current ACLS Certification required.
• Current PALS Certification required.
• Current PHTLS or ITLS Certification required.
• Current NRP Certification required.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts
• 48 hours per week

• Strong emergency response and critical thinking skills
• Previous high-volume EMS experience
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in field settings
