Description
Title: RN Home Health
Location: Tampa, FL 33614
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Required skills:
Must have infusion experience. Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only
Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
IV skills and wound care
General Medical Dx
High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
Post-op care
Certs required: BCLS
Scrubs: Any solid color scrub
Unit Info (share with your traveler):
Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess
Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.)
Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day
Day/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office:
Mon - Fri 8a to 5p
Mon - Fri 9a to 6p
Thurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shifts
Alternating weekend shifts
Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers
BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system
Other requirements:
1 year experience required
Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.
Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
Based on the needs of the HomeCare office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
