Description
Unit: Level Four-NICU
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Assignment Dates: 06/23/2026 -09/26/2026
Shift 12-Hour NIGHTS: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
Float Requirement: ICU's (PICU or CICU) and acute care floors (6, 8, 9, 10)
**If floated outside NICU will not take patients greater than 3 years of age**
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
On Call Requirement: None
Holiday Work Requirement: July 4th
Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel s individual assignment confirmation).
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: BSN- Required.
Will consider ADN with 8+ years level IV NICU exp in a teaching AND children's facility
Licensure/Certification:
Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license, PALS, ACLS, BLS
Other: Prefer Pediatric CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
Minimum Clinical Experience Required: 2 years of Level IV NICU experience
MUST HAVE TRACH/VENT EXPERIENCE.
Required Certifications:
BLS , NRP, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior travel nursing experience
PICU experience is a plus , but NOT REQUIRED
Additional Notes:
No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
Float Required: Yes
Certifications: NRP,BLS,PALS
