Description
Job Title: Surgical Technologist / CST – Operating Room
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8 Hour Days (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Contract Type: Travel/Contract
Responsibilities:
- Perform scrub duties for a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgical cases
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff during procedures
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Support robotic procedures including DaVinci XI cases
- Assist with patient positioning and room setup/turnover
- Help with sterile processing tasks including assembling instrumentation and supply management
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Float between surgical areas within the facility as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Tech experience required
- Bariatric surgery experience required
- Robotics experience with DaVinci XI required
- Must have experience in:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Neuro Surgery
- ENT
- Urology
- Plastics
- Minor Vascular
- GYN
- CST certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with sterile processing and surgical instrumentation preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred but first-time travelers considered upon review
