Description
LPN – Direct Care / Home Health Assignment
Location: Slater, Missouri
Seeking 4 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 6-month assignment with possible extension in a residential home setting.
LPNs will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, administer medications, perform trach care and suctioning, manage g-tube and suprapubic catheter care, provide nebulizer treatments, and complete blood sugar checks/insulin administration as needed.
Openings available for both day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and alternating 3- and 4-day work weeks.
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Duration: Approximately 6 months with extension option
Requirements: Active LPN license, CPR certification, driver’s license, background check, fingerprints, and required credentialing documents.
