Inpatient Physical Therapist – 13‑Week Contract (Hopewell Campus, Pennington, NJ)

Pay: $65–$67/hour   Travel Pay: $2,852/week   Start Date: June 15   NO CALL & NO WEEKENDS   Full‑time contract with opportunity to extend

Position Overview

This 13‑week contract is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Inpatient Acute Care Physical Therapist to join a respected hospital system at the Hopewell Campus in Pennington, NJ. You’ll work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to medically complex patients in a fast‑paced acute hospital environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• No weekends
• No call
• Full‑time hours guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions for patients in an acute hospital setting
• Document all care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team
• Support safe discharge planning and patient/family education

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience
• Active NJ PT license (must be active at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently

Compensation Package

• Hourly Pay: $65–$67
• Travel Package: $2,852/week (blended)
• Weekly direct deposit
• Contract extension opportunities based on performance
